We build your practice's marketing like architecture.
Like an architect, we draw the plans and oversee the build. We start at the foundation: the website, Google presence, and organic social that make your practice findable and trusted, then build up, floor by floor, into booked consultations that compound.
Growth is a structure. You build it in order.
Skip the foundation and everything above it wobbles. We plan the base first, the things that make your practice exist online, then sequence the floors that fill the schedule. Under all of it sits the slab: HIPAA, patient consent, and medical advertising rules, so nothing you build has to be torn down later.
Most agencies sell a practice the top floor first: ads, influencer content, a Botox special. We start where your patients start, with whether they can find you, trust you, and book you at all.
The systems that actually fill a practice's schedule.
Every audit maps these eight systems. The blueprint says what to fix, in what order, and who should do it, with HIPAA and medical advertising compliance built into every layer. Then we oversee the work so it gets done to plan.
Website and conversion
A fast, credible site that turns visitors into booked consultations, with online booking, treatment pages, and before-and-after galleries that convert.
Local search and Google
Google Business Profile, maps, and reviews dialed in so you show up when someone nearby searches "Botox near me" or "medspa" at 9pm.
Organic social and content
Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook run as a system: provider and treatment content on a calendar, so patients see a real practice before they ever book.
SEO foundation
Treatment and condition pages that rank for what patients actually search: injectables, laser, body contouring, weight loss, skin.
Paid ads
Meta and Google campaigns built to pass medical advertising review the first time, keep the account in good standing, and get measured against booked consultations, not clicks.
Reputation
A steady system for gathering and showcasing the patient reviews that make someone trust you with their face.
AI search visibility
Getting your practice recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers. Learn more
Follow-up and retention
CRM, automated lead follow-up, recall, and membership flows, so inquiries turn into consultations and patients keep coming back.
Built for medical spas and clinics.
Every system in the blueprint has been run inside a medical aesthetics practice first, so the audit starts from what a practice actually needs, not a generic playbook.
Injectables, laser, body contouring, skin. Consult-to-treatment rates, memberships, and the injector pages that get booked.
Provider-led practices where credentials and before-and-afters carry the decision, and compliance shapes what you can say.
GLP-1, IV therapy, hormone and longevity programs. Recurring patients, clear pricing, and follow-up that keeps them on the program.
High-value elective treatment where a single new patient pays for the month, and reviews decide who gets the call.
Four steps, in order. We are the architect, not the contractor.
Audit
We map where your practice stands across site, search, reviews, ads, and follow-up, and show you the gaps.
Blueprint
A single, prioritized plan. You see exactly what gets built, in what order, and who is best placed to do it.
Build
Your team and vetted specialists put up the floors, one system at a time. We manage the work, hold every vendor to the blueprint, and keep it on order.
Grow
We measure against booked consultations and treatment revenue, review with you monthly, and adjust the plan as the practice grows.
Three tiers. Every one starts with the free audit.
We are the architect on your project: we assess, plan, and coordinate, and your team or specialists do the hands-on work. Choose how far we go with you.
- Tier 1 · The free audit: where you stand and what to fix first
- Tier 2 · The blueprint: the full sequenced plan with owners
- Tier 3 · Oversight: we coordinate the build and review results
Your free practice audit is the first floor.
Blueprint Marketing Co. is a consulting studio run by the operators of a three-location medical aesthetics practice. We audit where your practice stands, draw the blueprint, and oversee the build, whether that's your in-house team, your current agency, or specialists we bring in. Tell us about your practice and we'll come back with a clear picture of where you stand and what's worth fixing first.
- A map of your site, Google presence, reviews, ads, and patient follow-up as they stand today
- The gaps, ranked by what's costing you patients
- A prioritized blueprint: what to build, in what order, and who should do it
- No cost, no obligation, no report nobody reads
Built by an operator who did it first.
Blueprint Marketing Co. grew out of a real medical aesthetics practice: a single office in 2019 that became a three-location, multimillion-dollar practice on the strength of the marketing systems we built for ourselves. Now we design and oversee them for medical spas and clinics like yours.
One office. Then three.
A single office in the Central Valley.
Abena co-founded a medical aesthetics practice with her mother, a nurse practitioner. One practitioner, one location, and no marketing budget to speak of. The first job was simply to be findable: a website that converted, a Google Business Profile that was actually managed, and a steady stream of reviews.
Marketing built in order.
Every dollar had to trace back to a booked appointment. That discipline produced the playbook we still use: local search and reputation first, then SEO and content, then paid campaigns on Meta and Google measured against revenue, then a CRM with automated follow-up so no lead went cold. Vendors and agencies came and went; the systems stayed.
Three Central Valley locations.
The practice now runs three Central Valley locations and generates multimillion-dollar annual revenue, with in-house marketing, a customer service team, and outside vendors managed against one scoreboard. Growing from one provider to three sites is where the real education happened: what works informally at one location breaks the moment you add a second.
The same playbook, for your practice.
Blueprint Marketing Co. exists because most medspas and clinics are sold the top floor first: ads and campaigns on top of a foundation that isn't there. We specialize in medical spas and clinics, so we already speak the language: injectors, consult-to-treatment rates, memberships, compliance. We start with a free audit, draw the blueprint, and oversee the build in the order that actually compounds.
Before we recommend anything to you, we have used it in our own practice: the online booking, the review requests, the patient follow-up, the ad campaigns.

FOUNDER · JD/MBA CANDIDATE · CO-FOUNDER OF A THREE-LOCATION MEDICAL AESTHETICS PRACTICE · FOUNDER OF A TELEHEALTH PRACTICE
Abena is an operator first. In 2019 she co-founded a medical aesthetics practice in California's Central Valley and has served as its Chief Compliance and Strategy Officer ever since, overseeing strategy, compliance, vendor and lease negotiation, hiring, and expansion as the practice grew from a single office into three locations. Her side of the business is the part that determines whether any of it survives, and marketing that ties back to revenue has been at the center of it. She is also the founder of a telehealth practice, built from the ground up with the same blueprint: compliant structure first, then the website, search, and follow-up systems that bring patients in.
She is a JD/MBA candidate at Syracuse University College of Law and the Whitman School of Management, and holds a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Her legal training runs through corporate law, commercial litigation, asset finance, and medical malpractice, including a judicial internship in a New York appellate court, where she assisted with updates to a medical malpractice legal treatise. She is a published author on international finance topics and speaks on legal and financial strategy for business.
Beyond her own practice, she has consulted for and worked alongside other businesses and medical practices on marketing, compliance, and growth strategy, auditing where they stand, drawing the plan, and overseeing the work to move them forward.
What all of it adds up to for clients: someone who reads a contract, a P&L, and an ad account the same way, and who has already made the mistakes you're trying to avoid.

We got tired of agencies that didn't get it.
Blueprint Marketing Co. started the way a lot of good things do: out of frustration. We had watched medspas and clinics pay agencies for reports nobody read and campaigns nobody could tie to a single booked patient.
So we did it differently. We are operators, not just marketers. We have run every system in the blueprint inside our own practice, so every recommendation gets tested against a real schedule and a real P&L before it ever reaches your plan.
The name is the promise. Marketing built like architecture: in order, on purpose, made to last. And like an architect, we draw the plans and oversee the build rather than swinging every hammer ourselves.
Foundation before floors. We won't run ads to a site that can't convert, or chase rankings before Google knows you exist.
Every system is tied to a number you care about: booked consultations, treatment revenue, patients who come back. Not impressions.
You own the systems and understand the plan, so growth keeps compounding whether or not we're in the room.
We run the marketing for a three-location medical aesthetics practice ourselves. Our advice has already been tested on our own schedule.
Show up when the AI answers.
Patients now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers where to go for Botox, laser, or weight loss. Those answers pull from the same foundation the blueprint lays out: accurate practice facts, treatment content that answers real questions, and reviews that prove you're the right choice.
People don't search anymore. They ask.
A few years ago a patient typed "medspa near me" and scrolled a list. Today she opens ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google and asks a full question: "Where should I go for first-time Botox near Modesto? I want a nurse injector with good reviews and honest pricing." The AI reads the web for her, weighs what it finds, and answers with two or three practices by name. If yours isn't one of them, you were never in the running.
A patient asks an AI, not a search bar.
Questions are longer and more specific than a search ever was: treatment, location, budget, concern, and "who do you recommend" all in one sentence.
The AI goes looking for sources.
Most AI assistants now search the live web before answering. They pull from Google Business Profiles, your website, Yelp, RealSelf, directories, and any page that clearly answers the question asked.
It decides who it can trust.
The model compares what every source says about you. Consistent name, hours, providers, and treatments earn trust. Conflicts, thin pages, or few reviews get you quietly dropped from consideration.
It recommends two or three practices.
The patient never sees a list of ten. She sees a short answer with names, reasons, and often a link to book. The practices named win the consultation.
"Best medspa near Modesto for first-time Botox? I want a nurse injector, real reviews, and clear pricing."
"Based on reviews, provider credentials, and pricing transparency, here are three practices worth considering: [Your practice], known for its nurse injectors and 4.9-star Google rating, offers first-time consultations and lists Botox pricing on its site..."
Every phrase in that answer traces back to a source the AI could read. That is what the blueprint is designed to create.
AI visibility is the top floor. We plan the structure under it.
You cannot buy your way into an AI answer. The model recommends practices whose foundation checks out, which means AI optimization is really the same blueprint we draw for every practice, finished all the way to the top.
We start with a free audit: we ask the AI engines the questions your patients ask, record who gets named and why, and map every gap between their answer and your practice. Then we oversee the build, floor by floor, and re-run the same questions until the answer includes you.
Three things AI engines check before they recommend your practice.
Be the same business everywhere.
AI engines cross-check who you are across Google, Bing, Apple, RealSelf, Yelp, and your own site. Conflicting names, hours, providers, or treatment menus get you dropped.
- Google Business Profile and Bing Places aligned
- Consistent name, address, phone, providers, and treatment menu
- Medical business and treatment schema on your site
Answer the questions people ask.
AI answers cite pages that clearly answer a specific question. The blueprint calls for treatment and FAQ pages written the way patients ask ("how much does Botox cost", "is Morpheus8 worth it"), structured so they're easy to quote.
- Treatment pages built around real patient questions
- Plain-language FAQs on every key page
- Provider credentials, pricing, and location clarity
Give them a reason to pick you.
Reviews, mentions, and third-party references are how AI engines judge trust. A steady review system and a presence on the sites they read (Google, Yelp, RealSelf) makes you the safe recommendation for someone's face.
- Review generation system across Google and Yelp
- Responses that reinforce your key treatments and providers
- Mentions on the directories AI engines read
The search box is becoming a conversation.
For twenty years, showing up meant ranking in a list of ten links. Now a growing share of patients get a single answer, or a shortlist of three practices, and never see the list at all. The practices that get named in that answer win the consultation. The rest are invisible.
The good news: the signals AI engines use are the same foundation that makes you findable on Google today. Build it once, in order, and you show up in both.
What practice owners ask us about AI search.
Is this different from SEO?
It builds on it. Good SEO gets you into the pool of businesses an AI engine considers. AI search visibility is about being the one it picks: clear facts, quotable answers, and trust signals. We treat it as the top floor of the same structure, not a separate project.
How do I know if I'm showing up in AI answers today?
That's part of the free audit. We run the questions your patients actually ask through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers and show you which practices get recommended, and why it isn't yours yet.
Do I need to be on every platform?
No. You need to be accurate and consistent on the handful of sources AI engines actually read: your site, Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, RealSelf, and the directories that cover aesthetics and medical practices. We map which ones matter for you.
How long before it makes a difference?
It depends on where your foundation stands today, which is exactly what the audit tells you. Fixing inconsistent practice facts and adding answer-ready treatment content are usually the first moves, and they help your regular Google visibility at the same time.
Does this replace ads or reviews?
No. Reviews are one of the strongest signals AI engines use, and ads still scale demand once the foundation is in place. AI search visibility sits on top of both.
Three tiers. Every one starts with the audit.
We are the architect on your project. We assess, plan, and coordinate; your team, your current agency, or specialists we bring in do the hands-on work. Each tier builds on the one before it, and you decide how far we go with you.
The free audit
No cost, no obligation
A written picture of where your practice stands across every floor of the structure, from the compliance slab to AI visibility, and the first three things worth fixing.
- Website, Google, organic social, SEO, reviews, ads, follow-up
- AI visibility check: who gets recommended for your patients' questions
- Compliance gaps flagged
- A review meeting to walk through the findings
The blueprint
For practices ready to build in order
A full, prioritized plan for your practice: what to build, in what order, what it should cost you, and who is best placed to do each piece, whether that is your team, your current vendors, or new specialists.
- Everything in Tier 1
- Deep-dive audit with view-only access to analytics and ad accounts
- Sequenced build plan with an owner for every item
- Vendor and agency briefs you can hand over as-is
- Compliance checklist for each system before it goes live
- A working session to align your team on the plan
Oversight
For practices that want the architect on site
We stay on while the work gets done. We coordinate your team and vendors, hold every piece to the blueprint, check compliance before anything launches, and review results with you against booked consultations.
- Everything in Tiers 1 and 2
- Vendor selection, briefing, and coordination
- Sign-off on campaigns, pages, and content before launch
- Monthly scoreboard review: leads, consultations, treatment revenue
- Plan adjustments as the practice grows or adds locations
Scope and fees for Tiers 2 and 3 are set after the audit, once we both know what the practice needs. Implementation work is performed by your team or by specialists engaged for that purpose under their own agreements with you.

Marketing systems that won't put your license at risk.
Medical practices can't market like a boutique. Patient data runs through your CRM, your pixels, and your text list, and every claim you make is a medical claim. The blueprint bakes the rules in from the start, so growth never comes at the cost of an audit letter.
Where patient data can and cannot go.
Tracking pixels on booking pages, ad platforms fed with patient lists, CRMs and email tools without a signed BAA: the common ways marketing quietly leaks protected health information. We map the data flow and close the gaps.
Before-and-afters, reviews, and texts done properly.
Written photo consent that covers marketing use, review requests that follow platform and healthcare rules, and SMS and email outreach with real opt-in and opt-out under TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
What you can say about a treatment.
FDA and FTC limits on treatment claims, off-label and "permanent results" language, scope-of-practice and provider titles, discount and package rules for medical services, and Meta and Google health advertising policies.
Your practice owns every asset.
Domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, social handles, and patient data stay in the practice's name. Vendors and agencies get access, never ownership, so you are never held hostage by a contract.
Why your ads get disapproved, and why it matters more than one lost campaign.
Meta and Google treat medical aesthetics, weight loss, and prescription treatments as restricted categories. A single disapproved ad is an annoyance. A pattern of them gets the ad account restricted or permanently disabled, and with it goes your pixel history, your audiences, and every dollar of learning you paid for. Rebuilding from zero on a new account is slower, more expensive, and often flagged again.
The rules also overlap with the law. Ads that promise results, show before-and-afters without consent, name a prescription drug, or target people by an implied health condition can draw regulator attention and board complaints, not just a platform rejection.
Write ad copy in the second person about the treatment, never about the viewer's body. Use provider and clinic imagery, not before-and-afters. Get the right platform certifications before advertising prescription or weight-loss treatments. Confirm the landing page has a privacy policy, consent language, and no pixels on booking or patient pages.
The practice owns the ad accounts, the pixel, and the business manager. Agencies get partner access. Keep a verified business, a payment method in the practice's name, and two-factor authentication on every admin, so a vendor change never costs you the account.
Don't resubmit the same creative repeatedly; repeated rejections are what trigger restrictions. Read the policy cited, fix the specific issue, request review once, and document it. If an account is restricted, appeal through the official channel with the compliant assets ready, and pause spend on any duplicate accounts.
Platform rules are the floor, not the ceiling. Treatment claims still have to meet FDA and FTC standards, provider titles have to match licensure, discounts on medical services have to follow state rules, and every patient image needs written marketing consent. The blueprint checks both layers before a campaign goes live.
We flag the risks, build them into the plan, and coordinate with your legal counsel and medical director where a decision needs one. This is not legal advice.
Find out where your marketing stands, compliance included.
The free audit checks the slab as well as the floors: data flow, consent, claims, ad account health, and who owns what.
- BAA status with your CRM, email, and SMS vendors
- Tracking pixels on booking and patient pages
- Photo and marketing consent
- Ad disapprovals and account restrictions
- Ownership of website, Google profile, and ad accounts
